The first time we opened it one of the arms on the canopy was bent in two like a prezel (we had 6 people open the tent and we have many other ez up type tents so we know to to use them and we know they are fragile). We were able to secure a tent pole to the canopy to replace the bent arm in order to securely keep the tent up so that we could use it. (Hoping to contact the seller and get a new arm or canopy upon return). The description says new heavy duty steel frame but the canopy is flimsy and really not strong at all. The legs were strong.
Next the material that makes up the roof and sidewalls of the tent is not at all waterproof as claimed. It is water resistant at best and after 10 minutes of rain it was raining inside the gazebo. I am wondering if they shipped me the wrong product cuz although it looks right it is not what is claimed at all. I have contacted the seller about my problems and hope to get a replacement which is a better functioning product or just return it. I would expect them to cover return shipping since their product was defective. I will update the review at the time i hear back from them.
Update: 8/25: The seller was very cooperative and professional. They offered to send me a spray to waterproof it myself and claimed all tents should have been waterproof out of the factory. They also offered to send a new arm to fix the canopy. Since i was suspicious of the overall quality, i preferred to return the item. They sent me a prpaid label to ship it back and say they will refund my purchase when the item is received in the warehouse. I will update again once my account has been credited. So far i am happy with the seller as they stand behind their word.
